At times it is essential to provide personally identifiable information about our customers to a third party, such as a vendor that is hired to provide support or services for one of the bank’s products. These vendors or service providers, as part of their contractual agreement with Community Bank, will be required to safeguard our confidential customer information and abide by applicable laws.
Community Bank does not, under any circumstances, provide account or personal information to non-affiliated companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.
